Grounds Maintenance Services in Fort Drum, NY   2

Background
The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement in support of the 99th Readiness Division for Grounds Maintenance Services at the Fort Drum AFRC located at 2490 Colyer Avenue, Fort Drum NY 13602. The goal of this contract is to maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants while presenting a clean, neat, and professional appearance. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Businesses.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the requested tasks as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include:
- Mowing
- Edging
- Trimming
- Spring/fall cleanup
- Weeding/plant bed maintenance
- Pruning/trimming.

The contractor must ensure that services are performed according to local, state, and federal regulations. Quality control measures must be maintained to ensure compliance with the contract requirements. The contractor is responsible for conducting business between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays except Federal Holidays.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one base year from June 25, 2025 to June 24, 2026 with four additional twelve-month option periods.
