Grounds Maintenance Services for MO001, Belton, MO   2

Background
The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division was established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supporting approximately 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states. The mission of the division is to provide exceptional base operations support for Soldiers in the Northwest region.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that grounds maintenance services are performed to maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at the Army Reserve facility MO001 located at 1200 Westover Road, Belton, MO.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance services. This includes lawn maintenance, aeration, fertilization, weed control, and general spring and fall cleanup.

The contractor must adhere to the standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will not receive supervision or control from the government but will be accountable solely to themselves. The contractor is responsible for determining actual site conditions and measurements based on provided drawings or maps.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026. There are four option years available and an option to extend services for up to six months. Active performance periods are from April through November each year with exceptions for spring and fall clean-up activities.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Army Reserve facility MO001 located at 1200 Westover Road, Belton, MO 64012.
