  1. Correct the locations and include line item pricing for Bush Hog Cuts on the Proposal Pricing Sheet; the Revised Proposal Pricing Sheet is included as Attachment J-6R Revised Proposal Pricing Sheet.
  2. Incorporate AMS Clause SA23 in Section M.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking proposals with the intent to award a ground maintenance services contract at various facillitiies in/around Albany, Georgia including the Albany Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and various facilities in/around Dothan, Alabama, including the Dothan ATCT. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set-aside for a Total Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561730 Landscaping Services. Performance Begins 12/01/2024 for the base year plus four (4) option years.

Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services at two FAA facilities: the Albany Air Traffic Control Tower in Albany, Georgia, and the Dothan Air Traffic Control Tower in Dothan, Alabama. This contract is a firm-fixed price procurement set aside for small businesses. The goal of the contract is to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the grounds at these facilities to support FAA operations.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, supplies, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform landscaping and grounds maintenance services at both locations. Specific tasks include:
- Grass cutting on an as-ordered basis with an estimated total of 62 cuttings during the contract period across various sites.
- Maintenance of flower beds around the base building for a clean appearance.
- Trimming of hedges four times during the contract period with removal of all trimmed material from the site.
- The contractor will be responsible for notifying the Technical Representative (COTR) when cutting is required.

Estimated required cuttings include:
- ATCT: 22,000 sq. ft. (20 cuttings)
- PZD VORTAC: 20,000 sq. ft. (6 cuttings)
- Bush Hog (APR, JUN, AUG, SEPT): 65 acres (4 cuttings)
- ABY RCAG: 4,000 sq. ft. (6 cuttings)
- OM/LOM: 10,000 sq. ft. (6 cuttings)
- VLD RCAG: 2,000 sq. ft. (6 cuttings)
- QHN ARSR: 15,000 sq. ft. (estimated 14 cuttings)
- As needed remote site cuts: 8 cuttings.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will begin on December 1, 2024, and continue through November 30, 2029, including a base year plus four option years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at two locations: Albany Air Traffic Control Tower in Albany, Georgia and Dothan Air Traffic Control Tower in Dothan, Alabama.
