US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District is soliciting for Grounds Maintenance Services within the Willamette Valley Project locations. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform grounds maintenance services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the Willamette Valley Project in Oregon. Locations for work to be conducted include; Lookout Point Lake, Dexter Lake, Fern Ridge Lake, Cottage Grove Lake and Dorena Lake and Foster and Green Peter Lakes. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations during the services performed.

Background
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District is seeking contractors for Grounds Maintenance Services at various locations within the Willamette Valley Project in Oregon. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all grounds maintenance tasks are performed to the standards set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other necessary items to perform grounds maintenance services. Specific tasks include: mowing, edging and trimming of grass areas; maintenance of invasive/noxious weeds; and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

The work locations include Lookout Point Lake, Dexter Lake, Fern Ridge Lake, Cottage Grove Lake, Dorena Lake, Foster Lake, and Green Peter Lake. The contractor must follow the requirements and frequencies outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance is from the date of award through March 31, 2026. There are four option years available: 1st Option Year from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027; 2nd Option Year from April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028; 3rd Option Year from April 1, 2028 to March 31, 2029; and 4th Option Year from April 1, 2029 to March 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within the Willamette Valley Project in Oregon including Lookout Point Lake, Dexter Lake, Fern Ridge Lake, Cottage Grove Lake, Dorena Lake, Foster Lake and Green Peter Lake.
