Ground Signal Station Support and Services (GSSSS)   2

Background
This effort will be accomplished by a contracted company for the AFLCMC/HBG, and the DCGS subsystems supported include the Common Intelligence Collection System (CICS), Joint Signal Processor (JSP), Network Centric Collaborative Targeting (NCCT), COMINT Ingest Distribution Service (CIDS), and all associated laboratories and related products. The contract aims to enhance and sustain the capability of the systems through changes to the software, expand existing systems/sites to meet overall DCGS requirements, support Government configuration control, development, and integration of the Open Architecture (OA) Identification and Authorization baseline, OA-DCGS infrastructure, and incorporate new capabilities to meet changing DCGS mission requirements.

Work Details
The contract will cover contractor support for the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Ground Signal Station (GSS) and the Common Intelligence Collection System (CICS) and Joint Signal Processor (JSP) subsystems. It includes operations and support, program management, SME support, technical data, material, ODC, travel, engineering services, AF DCGS System Integration Lab (DSIL) support, and deficiency report (DR) resolutions. The contract will establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract utilizing a mix of contract types: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), and Cost-Reimbursement (CR). The IDIQ Contract will cover One Basic Period and Two Options.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the basic ordering period is effective from the date of award through 12 calendar months. Option I may be exercised at any time within 365 days of the basic award.
