Golf Cart Rentals (gasoline powered) - 2025 Wings Over Wayne (WOW) Airshow   2

Background
Seymour Johnson Air Force Base is anticipating a requirement for the leasing of recreational vehicles for the 2025 Wings Over Wayne (WOW) Airshow. This contract aims to provide necessary transportation support during the airshow event.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all parts, tools, labor, equipment, personnel, and transportation necessary to lease a total of fifty-five (55) golf carts and four (4) UTVs for the event. The specific requirements include:

1. Equipment Specifications:
- Forty (40) four-passenger golf carts
- Fifteen (15) six-passenger golf carts
- Four (4) two-passenger UTVs with truck beds or four (4) golf carts with truck beds
- All vehicles must have required safety implements for operation on the installation.

2. Replacement Vehicles: The contractor must provide a replacement vehicle within twenty-four (24) hours in case of mechanical failures.

3. Additional Rentals: If more vehicles are needed, rentals can be provided at an a-la-carte price if requested at least seventy-two (72) hours before delivery.

4. Cleanup Responsibilities: The contractor must return all work sites to their original condition and handle the prepping, loading, and removal of all leased vehicles from the installation.

5. Fuel Requirements: All vehicles must be cleaned and fully fueled upon receipt; only unleaded gasoline powered vehicles are acceptable. Vehicles must be refueled prior to return to the contractor.

6. Warranty/Insurance: The contractor must ensure all vehicles are serviceable throughout the contract duration and provide insurance covering damages due to various causes including wear and tear and accidents.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is six (6) days from April 30, 2025, to May 5, 2025.

The contract will be performed at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base located at 1015 Blakeslee Ave, Goldsboro NC, 27531.
