Background

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of one Vacuum Dehydrator Oil Purification System with the following specifications:
- Processing capacity: 15 GPM
- Electrical requirements: 3 phase/60 HZ/480volt AC, Maximum 60 AMPS
- Compatibility: Suitable for R&O 46 turbine oil
- Construction: Stainless steel for vacuum chamber, condensate tank, and all interconnected piping
- Features:
- Alarm indicator lights
- Automatic shutdown if in alarm
- Suitable for safe unattended 24-hour service
- Digital temperature control and display
- Inlet solenoid valve for fail-safe isolation
- Automatic water drain valve
- Inline digital moisture indicator
- Inline digital particle monitor
- Positive displacement supply pump.
- Base: Heavy-duty base with spill containment lip and integrated forklift lifting points; four heavy-duty casters (two with brakes and two swivel).
- Piping: All fluid piping must be steel (no hoses between filter components) and fit through a crane access hatch (dimensions 7’ X 10’). All inlet and outlet connections must be national pipe thread (NPT), and all electric enclosures must be NEMA 4. The system must include all filters for two services.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required by October 1, 2024.

The product will be delivered to Glen Canyon Field Division located at 805 Bureau St, PO Box 1477, Page, AZ 86040.
