Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking contractors for the GLCA 318876 project, which involves the reconstruction of the Low Water Access Ramp at Antelope Point, located at Lake Powell. Work Details

- Earthwork estimated at 2,200,000 cubic yards; rock blasting of 700,000 cubic yards; asphalt paving covering 520,000 square feet; aggregate base of 130,000 cubic yards; and reinforced concrete work ranging from 20,000 square yards to 40,000 square yards. Contractors must demonstrate experience with similar design-build projects valued over $20 million.

The estimated period of performance for this contract is from June 1, 2025, to June 1, 2028.

The construction projects will be performed at Antelope Point on Lake Powell.
