NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed Priced Supply contract for a Gichner S-788/G Type III Lightweight Multipurpose Shelter to GICHNER SYSTEMS GROUP, INC., 490 E LOCUST ST, DALLASTOWN, PA, 17313-1902 CAGE Code: 29381. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer GICHNER SYSTEMS GROUP, INC., 490 E LOCUST ST, DALLASTOWN, PA, 17313-1902. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is implemented in FAR 13.106-1(b). This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis. Solicitation number W911N220Q0052 will be released on or about 29 June 2020, with a closing date on or about 13 July 2020. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.beta.sam.gov on or about 29 June 2020. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
