Background
The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS)/ Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is releasing this solicitation electronically only, on the Department of Defense (DoD) Solicitation Portal in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil/. The requirement is for a non-personal services contract to provide Dining Facility Support Services for George C. Marshall Center (GCMC) College of International and Security Studies (CISS) located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.

Work Details
The contract includes providing Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Boxed Lunches, Event Services, and Operational Support at the GCMC dining facility. Additionally, it involves providing Small Catered Events for the GCMC and operational support in accordance with the Basic Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section 5.2.2 and 5.2.3. The contract also includes a thirty (30) day Phase In iaw PWS Section 5.2.1.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2029, for most services. However, the operational support has a period of performance from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at George C. Marshall Center (GCMC) College of International and Security Studies (CISS) located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.
