Background
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Department of the Army, specifically the Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Work Details
The RFI seeks information regarding a Generic Ground Small Form Factor Electronic Warfare system that can deliver Electronic Attack/Electronic Protection capabilities. Interested parties are requested to submit white papers detailing their system capabilities, which should include:

1. Maturity of the System: Existing production and Independent Research and Development (IR&D) systems.
2. Experimentation or Demonstration: Evidence of prior demonstrations and upcoming testing events.
3. Cost and Schedule: Information on procuring production systems or costs/schedules for demonstrating capabilities if not yet tested.
4. Technical Specifications: Capabilities and limitations of hardware/software, Effective Isotropic Radiated Power across frequency, sensitivity across frequency, and plans to minimize size and weight.
