We are looking for a contractor to come on base and reprogram the generators at building 336. Currently the generators have to be manually reset. After the reprogramming service is complete the generators will reset automatically. Work must be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

The solicitation number is FA301619U0010 and is issued as a Request for Quotation.This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101.

SITE VISIT
Contractors are encouraged to attend a site visit to assess the project site. Site visit will be conducted at 9:00am CST on 27 Nov 18. If interested, please submit name, number, and company information of anyone who plans to attend. Visitors shall meet me inside the visitor's center at the Main Gate JBSA Lackland, TX. Here I will sign those who need a day pass in. Submissions of interest for site visit are due no later than Monday, 26 Nov 2018 at 10:00am CST to 2LT Reece, Contract Specialist, at joshua.reece.2@us.af.mil. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than Wednesday, 28 November 2018 at 1:00pm CST. Questions submitted after this date will not be considered.

Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to: 2 Lt Joshua Reece, Email: joshua.reece.2@us.af.mil no later than 10:00 am CST, December 5, 2018 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
