THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials and labor to install, wire, and plumb into the Knightville Dam office building one (1) 20 kilowatt 120/240 volt external pad mounted 3-phase generator, one (1) one thousand (1000) gallon underground liquid propane fuel tank, and remove one (1) 3-phase transfer switch and replace with one (1) 3-phase automatic transfer switch.

The construction range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million.
