General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

East: N. Alameda Street to 1st Street to S. Santa Fe Avenue to E. 4th Street.

West: 5th Street to CA-110 (Harbor Freeway)

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 60,435

Additional Requirements:

  1. Column Spacing: Regular, interior column spacing shall not be less than 20 feet center to center; minor deviations may be allowed, subject to a test-fit plan submitted with the initial offer that demonstrates design efficiency is not compromised by the minor deviation.
  2. Space shall be horizontally contiguous, accessible by the same elevator bank, and vertically connected with stairwells.
  3. If Space is not vertically stacked, no more than one interruption between vertically contiguous blocks of space is acceptable.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
