Background
Fairchild AFB, WA is seeking information on companies that can provide snow removal services for parking areas and sidewalks. The goal of this contract is to ensure safe vehicle and pedestrian traffic by preventing snow accumulation in designated areas, excluding airfield operations surfaces and military family housing.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for snow removal services covering approximately 334,031 square yards of parking areas and 55,509 square yards of sidewalks. The service requirements are categorized into performance objectives with specific thresholds:

- Priority 1 Removal requires zero valid customer complaints within 2 hours of notification.
- Priority 2 Removal allows no more than 2 valid complaints per month.

The contractor must develop and maintain a Quality Control Program (QCP) to ensure compliance with accepted standards and eliminate defective services. They are also required to log any obstacles that hinder service completion and notify the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Additionally, the contractor must establish a 24-hour customer complaint hotline and maintain a log of all complaints and resolutions.
