FY25 42FSS Mid Bay Shores Recreation Septic Pumping and Cleaning

Background
The 42d Force Support Squadron (42FSS) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of septic pumping and cleaning services at the Mid Bay Recreation Facility located in Niceville, FL. The primary goal of this contract is to prevent sewage and waste backup at the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Remove access covers or other applicable items to completely extract all liquids and solids from the septic tanks.

2. Pump eight (8) 1,050-gallon septic tanks located at the RV Lots of the Mid-Bay Recreation Facility.

3. Perform a maximum of 30 pumping services per year, cumulatively across all tanks, not per tank.

4. Physically remove all liquids and solid debris from the septic tanks in accordance with state and federal laws.

The contractor must notify the Mid-Bay Recreation Facility Manager 48 hours prior to service, which will occur during standard work hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from May 10, 2025, to May 9, 2030, with four optional one-year extensions available.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Mid Bay Recreation Facility located at 801 White Point Road, Niceville, FL 32578.
