The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Petersburg, Virginia, intends to issue solicitation 15B11424Q00000016 for the requirements of FORKLIFT PURCHASE FY24. This solicitation is FOB Destination. DELIVERY SCHEDULES WILL BE ESTABLISHED BY THE SAFETY DEPARTMENT OR DESIGNEE. DELIVERY SCHEDULES MAY BE MODIFIED AS NEEDED BY THE AGENCY. Treatments will be made at Food Service locations under FCC Petersburg Hopewell, Virginia 23860. Start times will be decided by Food Service.

The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, by group of items, or by aggregate, whichever is advantageous to the government. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that is considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance.
