FY24 CRRP Elevator Maintenance Service   2

Background
This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial services for FY24 Annual Elevator Maintenance Services. The solicitation is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotes, W912HP24Q0006. The procurement will be 100% set aside for Total Small Businesses.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the inspection and services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The inspection and testing services will be performed on the American Elevator Co. elevators located in the upstream and downstream in the St. Stephen Powerhouse rated at 4,000 pounds.
The contractor must ensure they can perform to USACE specifications by providing references and/or samples of work upon request.
The objectives include performing required quarterly inspection of upstream and downstream elevators, providing material and installation of (2) access switches (top floor hoistway) for the upstream elevator, performing required annual no-load testing and inspection of the upstream and downstream elevators, and performing a full load test as required every five years on upstream and downstream elevators.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for five (5) years, beginning in 2024 and terminating in 2029, unless cancelled sooner.

Place of Performance
The work to be performed under this agreement will be performed at St. Stephen Powerhouse, St. Stephen, South Carolina.
