The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to update Section 00 22 10, section B -

Factor 1, Experience / Past Performance Evaluation Criteria for consistency

with changes in Amendment 0002 and update Section 00 22 20, section C,

paragraph ii, BLG, to provide additional clarification. Please see SF-30 for

further details. Tracked changes are provided.

The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to update the required BLA amount w ithin Section 00 22 20, section C and update the BLA template, Attachment 5. Additionally, minor updates have been incorporated w ithin Sections 00 00 00 - Solicitation Information, Section 00 21 00 - Instructions, and Section 00 22 00 - Supplementary Instructions. Lastly, the proposal due date has been extended to 6 Jan 2020 at 1000 hrs Central European Time (CET). Please see SF-30 for further details. Tracked changes are provided.
