Future Training Capabilities (FTC) Analyst

Background
The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Eustis is issuing a sources sought synopsis for Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Proponent Office Force on Force (TPO-FoF) to conduct market research for the Future Training Capabilities (FTC) Analyst. The contract aims to develop and/or refine Army concepts/requirements to integrate Joint and Services training with the Army training systems in TPO-FoF’s training role as the Department of Army’s Executive Agent. The contract will assist Capability Developers in articulating and validating future advances in reference to training enablers in a holistic perspective for enhanced realism. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide support to TPO-FoF for requirements and capability development, enabling the development of a comprehensive and manageable approach that spans from broad to specific requirements in a dynamic operational environment. The contractor shall perform tasks under this contract at Government-owned facilities, primarily building 1900, ATSC headquarters at Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE).
Specific tasks include participation and representation in pertinent Army, Service(s), and Joint forums/meetings, leading/assisting in the coordination and setup of various types of meetings, providing technical Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for Live training inputs/updates to the LT2-FTS, STE, linking other Services’ range instrumentation systems into Army Live instrumentation systems at the Combat Training Centers (CTCs), conducting research and providing studies, analysis, documentation, and/or recommendations regarding the development, integration, and/or interoperability of training systems primarily Live instrumentation, among others.

Place of Performance
The contractor shall perform tasks under this contract at Government-owned facilities, primarily building 1900, ATSC headquarters at Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE).
