Furniture Finishes & Equipment (FF&E)   2

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), is soliciting on a full and open competitive basis for Office Furniture to meet the Government's requirements at China Lake and Point Mugu, CA. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (FFP-IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of five years.

This requirement includes manufacture, or procurement, delivery and installation of furniture items in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), the Performance Criteria (Attachment 2) and the Furniture Finishes & Equipment (FF&E) Specific Typicals (Attachment 1) as specified in each individual order. The requirment also includes design services, project management, receiving and installation, and warehousing as required for multiple end-users simultaneously and maintain performance level for parallel projects. All products shall be delivered and installed to the job site in an acceptable and a fully operational condition within the timeframes specified in the individual order.

The anticipated period of performance for this procurement is 30 September 2020 to 29 September 2025.

The solicitation or Request For Quote (RFQ) will be posted on at https://beta.sam.gov/ on 17 July 2020.

All responses shall include the RFQ number N6893619R0043. Complete details will be provided in the RFQ. Responses
must include all information as requested in the written RFQ (SF1449). All responsible offers will be considered for award.

This procurement is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
