Background
The Mission Installation Contracting Command – Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC) has a requirement from Army Sustainment Command (ASC) to procure Full Food Services (FFS) under the Army Food Program to provide quality services in support of the installation food service program that supports the Warfighter with flexible, efficient, and cost-effective service. The service outlined in this requirement encompasses dining facility management functions, to include food receiving and storage, food preparation, food serving, remote site feeding, and facility sanitation duties for four (4) dining facilities located at Ft McCoy, Wisconsin.

The base operates dining facilities that provide meal service to military personnel on Ft McCoy, Wisconsin.

Work Details
The contract includes providing Full Food Services for four dining facilities at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. This involves furnishing all labor, personnel, supplies, materials, supervision, and any other items necessary to provide a thirty (30) day phase-in and program management for food services at Fort McCoy. Additionally, the contractor is required to provide Full Food Services for DFAC Bldg. 50, DFAC Bldg. 1362, DFAC Bldg. 1672, and DFAC Bldg. 2674 in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Section 3.0 and Attachment G Pricing Matrix.
The contract has a 5-year ordering period.
