The Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation to provide full food services at DFAC Illesheim, Germany. A commercial, Single Award with firm fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determing the succesful offer. The Government anticipates posting the solicitation to the sam.gov website in October-November 2022. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at https://sam.gov) to be eligible for contract award. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All dates are subject to change without notice. This pre-solicitation notice is for a non-personnel services contract to provide dining facility management, food preparation, headcount, food service sanitation and janitorial duties specified in the PWS, for the Dining Facility located at Storck Barracks Illesheim. The description of services shall be further defined in subsequent, individual task orders. The PWS and all associated documentation will be provided when the solicitation is posted to the sam.gov website.
