Background
The U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN) Cape May, NJ, is seeking a contractor to provide Full Food Services. The mission of the Coast Guard is to ensure the safety and security of the nation, and this contract aims to support the nutritional needs of military recruits in training as well as other personnel at the facility.

The Dining Facility consists of three dining halls dedicated to serving meals that meet the dietary requirements of Coast Guard personnel.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all food, personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, and other necessary services to deliver full food service at TRACEN Cape May. Key tasks include:

1. Dining Facility Management: Overseeing daily operations of the dining facilities.
2. Cooking and Food Preparation: Preparing meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
3. Stocking and Serving: Ensuring food items are stocked and served appropriately.
4. Cleaning: Maintaining cleanliness of facilities, equipment, and utensils.
5. Cashier Services: Performing cashier duties as needed.
6. Quality Control: Maintaining quality standards for food service operations.
7. Minor Maintenance: Conducting minor operator maintenance on food service equipment as per manufacturer recommendations.
8. Special Meal Requirements: Providing boxed meals for training missions and special events as requested by the Coast Guard.

Period of Performance
Base Period from April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 with four option periods extending through March 31, 2030.
