The estimated cost of this construction project is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00, in accordance with DFARS 236.204.

This is a full and open procurement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation.

NAICS code 236220. Size determination: $39.5 Million.

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
