Full and Open - OCAO IHS Clinical Dental Services + General Network Fee   2

Background
The purpose of this request is to provide clinical dental services in the Oklahoma City Services Area (OCA), Indian Health Service (IHS), including the states of Oklahoma and Kansas, for Contract Health Services eligible Indian patients referred by the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service Dental Program. The services will be limited to eligible patients within the Oklahoma City Area IHS and will be provided at the local community level throughout the designated service delivery area of the Oklahoma City Area IHS.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide licensed dentists who will advise on, administer, and perform professional and scientific procedures in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases, injuries, and deformities of the teeth, the jaws, organs of the mouth, and other structures in the oral cavity and mastication system of patients of any age. This applies to fee-for-service providers only. The Contractor shall support dental laboratory and fee-for-clinic services at the request of Indian Health Service providers to meet the laboratory and relief coverage needs of the Direct Dental Care Program.

Period of Performance
Period of Performance: 06/01/2024 to 05/31/2029. BASE YEAR - CLINICAL DENTAL SERVICES AND DENTAL NETWORK FEE FOR OCAO IHS: JUNE 1, 2024 - MAY 31, 2025.
OPTION YEAR 1 - CLINICAL DENTAL SERVICES AND DENTAL NETWORK FEE FOR OCAO IHS: JUNE 1, 2025 - MAY 31, 2026.
OPTION YEAR 2 - CLINICAL DENTAL SERVICES AND DENTAL NETWORK FEE FOR OCAO IHS: JUNE 1, 2026 - MAY 31, 2027.
OPTION YEAR 3 - CLINICAL DENTAL SERVICES AND DENTAL NETWORK FEE FOR OCAO IHS: JUNE 1, 2027 - MAY 31, 2028.
OPTION YEAR 4 - CLINICAL DENTAL SERVICES AND DENTAL NETWORK FEE FOR OCAO IHS: JUNE 1, 2028 - MAY 31, 2029
