Background
Luke Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal laundry and dry cleaning services at Fort Tuthill, Arizona. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the recreation facility has a consistent supply of clean linens and related items to support its operations.

Work Details
The contractor shall:

1. Provide Fort Tuthill Luke Air Force Base Recreation Facility with all necessary sheets, pillowcases, towels, mops, and floor mats weekly.

2. Ensure all linen is free from defects such as rips, holes, burn marks, stains, frayed seams, and fading or color shading.

3. Provide a reject bin for tracking and crediting defective linen items.

4. Supply laundry bags and a large bin for storing dirty linen for pickup.

5. Schedule linen deliveries and pickups at least twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 0800 and 1500 hours, delivering new linens to the outside housekeeping room and removing used linens from the maintenance area storage facility; emergency delivery service must be available on weekends.

6. Ensure an employee is present during delivery to inventory products and sign the invoice; delivery personnel cannot sign in place of the employee.

7. Conduct weekly inventory of stock and recommend linen levels to meet par requirements.

8. Bundle sheets, pillowcases, and towels in quantities common to the commercial marketplace for ease of counting and storage throughout the contract period.

9. Submit an itemized weekly statement to Fort Tuthill Luke AFB Recreation Area at HC 39 Box 5 Flagstaff, AZ 86005.
