13 Jan 2023: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC) has arequirement from Army Sustainment Command (ASC) to procure non-traditional Full Food Services (NFFS)under the Army Food Program to provide quality services in support of the installation food serviceprogram that supports the Warfighter with flexible, eff icient, and cost-eff ective service. The service outlinedencompasses dining facility management functions, to include food receiving and storage, foodpreparation, food serving, remote site feeding, and facility sanitation duties for dining facilities located at Ft Knox, Kentucky. This food service requirement is for for Cadet Summer Training (CST) and remote sitefeeding requirements at designated Dining Facilities (DFACs).

Contract Type: A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity will be awarded.The award will be made to the offeror who provides a proposal that is determined to be the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).

Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance will be a 30 day phase in yearly and 15 day phase out yearly. A Base period and four(4) one year ordering periods to include the six-month extensionunder FAR 52-217-8. The antiipated full period of performance is March 31, 2023 to September 30, 2028.

A virtual site visit will be held on 18 January 2023 from 10:00 CDT to 12:00 CDT using MS Teams. You will find the MS Teams link below for accessing the virtual site visit. The Goverment asks all vendors attending to use your company name when logging in.The Goverment requests a sign in roster from each company of those that will be attending the virtual site-visit. Please email rosters with subject line of W5168W-23-R-0009 site-visit roster to Mr. Javelin Carouthers at javelin.m.carouthers.civ@army.mil and Mr. James Davis atjames.m.davis1.civ@army.mil NLT 17 January 2023 12:00 p.m. CDT.

ALL Questions must be submitted by 20 January 2023 12:00 p.m. CDT in writing even if expanations were provided during the virtual site visit to Mr. Javelin Carouthers at javelin.m.carouthers.civ@army.mil and Mr.James Davis at james.m.davis1.civ@army.mil.

Remarks and explanations provided during the site visit shall not change the terms of the RFP. Any changesto the RFP will be conveyed through an amendment to the RFP. Failure to attend the site visit will not disqualify Offerors; however, the Offeror acts at its own risk and will not be relived from complying with the terms and conditions of the any resultant contract by reason of such failure.

Solicitation amendments will be posted to the sam.gov website at https://.sam.gov/. Offerors are responsible for checking the website for updates/amendments to any and all documents. Background

The service outlined encompasses dining facility management functions, to include food receiving and storage, food preparation, food serving, remote site feeding, and facility sanitation duties for dining facilities located at Ft Knox, Kentucky.

Work Details
The contract type is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity. The contract will require the contractor to furnish all labor, personnel, supplies, materials, supervision, and any other items necessary to provide thirty (30) day Phase In and fifteen (15) day Phase out yearly. The services will include Project Manager & Administrative services for Full Food Services at Fort Knox, KY IAW PWS 1.4.3.1.

Period of Performance
