Ft. Cavazos CRDAMC Interactive Patient Television System

Background
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract for Firm Fixed Price contract to Optimal Solutions, Inc on a SOLE SOURCE basis, but is seeking vendors that may be able to perform this requirement in order to support a competitive procurement. The U.S. Government highly encourages all interested businesses (large and small) to respond to this sources sought notice. Small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories, must describe their identifying capabilities in meeting the requirements at a fair market price, i.e., information which may help support a set-aside.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide and install an Interactive Patient Television System (IPTS) at Ft. Cavazos CRDAMC. This includes furnishing and installing all necessary equipment and tools such as televisions, pillow speakers, ethernet patch cables, clean remotes, and onsite servers. The contractor shall also develop a detailed site-specific milestone plan for the installation covering the entire project from initial concept planning to system activation.
Additionally, the contractor must report ALL labor hours required for IPTV installation and performance of services provided under this contract through a secure data collection site.
