Fort Gregg-Adams -Roofing Repair and Replacement   2

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gregg-Adams (MICC-GA), anticipate the release by the Request for Proposal to establish a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with Firm Fixed Price Task Orders for Post-Wide Roofing Repair and Replacement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 16.5. "Indefinite Delivery Contracts.

Under the ID/IQ contract, the Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supervision for roofing repair and replacement to perform the following task(s):

Provide and install gypsum decking Provide and install steel decking Provide and install rough carpentry Provide and install finish carpentry Provide and install roof insulation Provide and install Strip Shingles Provide and install Modified Bitumen Roofing Provide and install Built-Up Roofing Provide and install Elastomeric Roofing (EPDM) Provide and install Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Roofing and Thermoplastic Membrane Roofing (TPO) Provide and install Metal Framing Reroofing system Provide and install Standing Seam Metal Roof Provide and install sheet metal Provide and install caulking and sealant Provide and install PVC piping Provide and install lath and plaster Provide and install acoustical ceiling panels Provide and install paint Provide and install gypsum wall board Provide and install lightning protection system Provide/removal of asbestos roofing Demolition of the above materials that are to be installed. Tentative dates: Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 14 August 2023. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. The anticipated award date is on or about mid- to late Sep/Oct 2023.

Location of work: Prince George County, Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $62,000.00 and $13,500,000.00 EST with a five (5) year ordering period.

Small Business Set-Aside: This requirement will be solicited as a competitive 8(a) Small Business acquisition.
