Forklift Maintenance Services

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) for the Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC). The mission of the agency is to provide essential services and support to various governmental functions. The goal of this contract is to establish a service agreement for forklift and lift equipment maintenance, ensuring that all necessary preventive and corrective maintenance services are provided efficiently and effectively.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, materials, and supervision necessary for:

1. Preventive Maintenance: The contractor will perform preventive maintenance on all forklift and lift equipment at RRMC, ensuring compliance with standards set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and ANSI/SIA Standards A92. This includes two annual maintenance visits per year.

2. Corrective Maintenance & Emergency Repairs: The contractor will provide corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, and service calls as needed. This includes a Not to Exceed (NTE) amount of $12,000.00 per year for corrective maintenance services.

3. Quality Control: The contractor must develop and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure services meet contract requirements.

4. Performance Requirements: The contractor must meet specific performance objectives with no more than 5% deviation from technical requirements throughout the life of the contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract includes one base year and four option years, each consisting of 12 months.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex located in Fairfield, PA.
