Forest Service National Emergency Rental Vehicle (NERV) Program

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service (USFS) anticipates a reoccurring need and necessity of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Heavy-duty (HD) pickup trucks and additional vehicle categories for use nationwide (primarily Western US) during, but not limited to, the wildland fire season (typically May through October annually). This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 8.4 and solicits General Service Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) schedule Rental Supplemental Vehicle Program (RSVP) Schedule contractors. You are hereby invited to submit a quotation in response to this notice. If you are interested in this acquisition, you may participate by submitting your response in accordance with the attached instructions. Contractors are requested to submit a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) quote to provide the services outlined in the statement of work. The firm fixed price within the quote shall be based on the prices in the schedule contract and shall consider the required off road capability, associated fees, and level of effort required to perform the services described in the statement of work. The firm fixed price of the order should also include response times and any damage, delivery and cleaning fees associated. All terms and conditions of your GSA contract shall apply to any resulting awarded BPA. In responding to this RFQ, it is the contractor's responsibility to provide current, relevant, complete, and accurate information in their quotation. Please submit all questions via the online form no later than COB Friday, September 8th (1700 MT). A Q&A will be posted to the GSA RFQ by COB Tuesday, September 12th (1700 MT). All quotes are due by COB Tuesday, September 19th (1700 MT).
