Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Technical Order (TO) & Computer Program Identification Number (CPIN) World Wide Review (WWR)

Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), is seeking a conference facility to host the annual Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Technical Order (TO) and Computer Program Identification Number (CPIN) World Wide Review (WWR). The purpose of this event is to provide foreign military customers with an opportunity to learn about changes in the Security Assistance Technical Order Program (SATOP), discuss individual country issues with SATOP office personnel, and spend face-to-face time with their assigned Case Line Managers.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a range of services including a large conference room for mass briefings, work spaces for small gatherings, a private office space for planning meetings, an area for attendee registration, audio-visual capabilities in the conference room, complimentary refreshments, parking facilities, and hotel staff responsible for unlocking and locking rooms. The contractor is also responsible for setup and tear down actions for conference rooms.

Period of Performance
The specific period of performance for this contract is 13-17 May 2024.

Place of Performance
The conference facility should be located within a 15-mile radius from Tinker Air Force Base and Will Rogers World Airport.
