FMxC2/G081 field maintenance data information system.

Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) J-9 is seeking lifecycle development and system sustainment for the Air Force’s custom FMxC2/G081 field maintenance data information system.

The agency's mission is to provide reliable and secure information technology support to the Department of Defense. This contract aims to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of the FMxC2/G081 system, which is critical for daily operations and real-world mission responses.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for full lifecycle development, which includes designing, developing, testing, deploying, and sustaining coded solutions that meet the requirements of system owners, end users, and mission owners.

Specific tasks include:
1) Providing experience in custom application or development support across the full product lifecycle;
2) Utilizing modern agile development methods and tools such as GitLab and Confluence;
3) Administering FMxC2/G081 application instances including production and non-production environments;
4) Performing full-life cycle database administration for FMxC2/G081 database instances;
5) Providing incident response support to ensure system availability and reliability, including after-hours support for outages. The contractor must demonstrate experience with specific products, technologies, or coding languages used in these tasks.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is from January 2026 to January 2031, consisting of one 12-month base period followed by four 12-month option periods.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance is DISA Datacenter Oklahoma City (OKC), located on Tinker AFB, OK, along with other various DISA facilities.
