FMS Sniper/LANTIRN Sustainment Requirements Contract

AFLCMC hereby awards on a sole source basis, a Requirements Type contract for the sustainment of Sniper Advanced Targeting Pods (ATP) and Low Altitude Navigation & Targeting Infrared for Night (LANTIRN) 3rd Gen. Navigation Forward Imaging Navigation Set (FINS) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers to Lockheed-Martin, 5600 West Sand Lake Rd, No. MP-265, Orlando, FL, 32819. CAGE code 04939. A majority of the services are procured through a Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) source-directed to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC). The period of performance for the basic contract runs from 6 April 2022 through 31 March 2027.

The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (4). The Government does not own or possess rights to reprocurement data to facilitate competitive procurement of these sustainment services from any other source.

The instant contract is a Requirements Type instrument with provisions for Firm Fixed Price Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). Solicitation number FA8540-21-R-0001, was issued on or about 6 July 2021. This contract is for an initial/basic ordering period of 359 days with four (4) additional one year ordering periods.
