Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the provision of Mobile Ultrasounds and Echocardiogram Services to be rendered on-site for the inmate population incarcerated at the FMC Carswell, TX.

The FMC Carswell, located in Fort Worth, Texas, houses female Adults in Custody (AICs) and is in close proximity to the adjacent Federal Prison Camp (FPC). This contract aims to provide essential medical imaging services to support the health care needs of the inmate population.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Mobile Ultrasonography and Echocardiogram services as follows:

- Services will be provided four times a week or as needed, scheduled between 06:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays.
- A minimum of 12 ultrasound exams will be completed per day, while echocardiogram services will be provided once a week or as determined by the Health Services Administrator.
- The contractor must review all imaging requests, perform various ultrasound examinations, including 2D and 3D echocardiograms, and conduct venous doppler studies.
- Professional interpretations of results must be provided within 48 hours, with immediate notification to FMC Health Services for any abnormalities.
- The contractor is responsible for equipment transportation, maintenance, and staffing while ensuring compliance with security regulations.
- All supplies necessary for conducting tests will be provided by the contractor except for electrical power.

Place of Performance
FMC Carswell, 'J' Street Building 3000, Fort Worth, TX 76127. Mobile services may also be required at the adjacent Federal Prison Camp (FPC).
