Fitness Center Services Membership for U.S. Coast Guard Personnel located in and around the Downtown Norfolk, VA Area   2

Background
The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking to provide fitness center services and memberships for its personnel located in and around the Norfolk, VA area. The goal of this contract is to ensure that Coast Guard members have access to fitness facilities that meet their needs, thereby supporting their health and wellness objectives.

This contract includes a Base Year and four (4) 12-month Option Periods.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive fitness center services, which include:
1. Issuing all passes/memberships in the U.S. Coast Guard’s name.
2. Ensuring the fitness facility is located within 5 miles of designated locations in Norfolk, VA.
3. Operating the facility seven days a week with specific hours of operation from Monday to Friday at a minimum of 0600-1900.
4. Submitting a Technical Capability Statement demonstrating the ability to fulfill the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
5. Providing at least three past performance references relevant to this solicitation, including details such as contract number, total dollar value, award date, procuring agency, title of contract, government point of contact information, description of service, period of performance, and type of contract.
6. Completing a Schedule of Pricing Form with all-inclusive unit prices for each additional year beyond the base period.
