**PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FA252122R0001**

The purpose of this follow-on acquisition is to provide fire protection, emergency management and emergency medical services for Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) on a 24-hour per day, 7-day (24/7) per week basis. The mission of the Space Launch Delta 45 requires that the contractor provide continuous fire protection, emergency management and emergency medical services. The contractor shall have the provisions to ensure continuous services are provided in the event of a work stoppage or labor strike that may potentially degrade these functions. The contractor shall perform all firefighting duties and tasks in accordance with but not limited to the following: Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 6055.06, Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32-2001, Air Force (AF) Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for Fire Prevention and Consequence Management, and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. The contractor shall comply with the Fire Emergency Services Self-Assessment Program (FESAP).

This acquisition will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will be posted on, or around, 29 July 2022. All Q&A's and RFP attachments will be posted along with the solicitation.

Background

Work Details
The contract includes providing fire protection services to fully staff the Main Fire Station Bldg 50012 and Fire Station #2 Bldg 70535 at CCSFS, FL; providing emergency management services at CCSFS, FL IAW the SOW; providing emergency medical services at CCSFS, FL IAW the SOW; providing fire protection services to fully man the Fire Station #3 Bldg 85010 at CCSFS, FL; and providing fuel required in the performance of this contract in accordance with the SOW on a cost reimbursement basis exclusive of profit or fee.

The period of performance for various tasks ranges from 12 months to option line items extending up to 6 months.
