Fire College Department of Insurance Continuing Education (FCDICE) Replacement

The Florida Department of Financial Services (Department) is seeking a replacement for its Fire College Department of Insurance Continuing Education (FCDICE) system that allows the Department to comprehensively manage and deliver training and associated processes for its stakeholders through a user-friendly and functionally rich system that meets its operational needs. Throughout the project, the Contractor will be required to perform and lead all stages of the project lifecycle including but not limited to, discovery/planning, configuration, test, deploy/go-live and post go-live support in accordance with the Contractor's proposed methodology.
