Description

This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business with a preference for Service Disabled Veteran-owned and/or Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) firm under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19 and acquired using procedures provided under FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures in FAR Part 1to the maximum extent practicable.

The Government anticipates awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under NAICS Code 541611, which has a small business size standard of $14M. The ordering period will be five (5) years from date of award.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)
(https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/).

There will be no pre-proposal meeting. All clarification questions must be sent via electronic mail to Dega Hussen at dega.hussen@ed.gov and Bradley Hill at bradley.hill@ed.gov by no later than 4:00pm (Eastern Time) on May 27, 2013.
