Final RFP, Section L & M, PWS, Q&A & CDRLs   2

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the receipt of proposal date from 30 Sep 19 to 15 Oct 19 and revise the RFP as follows:

a. The following changes are made to Section B: Add the following to the description of CLINs X003 "The Government has estimated 40 task orders per year and established an estimated value of "TBD at the time of award." This CLIN description will be updated by the Government to included a value at the time of award.

b. Section J, Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement is revised at pages 18 and 26, CDRLS A100 and A108

c. Section J, Attachment L-01 , paragraphs 2.3.1.7, 2.3.2.2, and 3.1 (TEP details) are revised

d. Section J, Attachment L-03 Sample Problem CD and L-04 Structure Window Air Change Addendum are added to the RFP

e. Section J, Attachment L-02 Questions and Answers template is revise to incorporate answers to questions answered since RFP issuance

All other portions of the RFP remain unchanged
