Federal Interagency Polygraph (FIPS) Seminar Venue-2025   2

Background
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) has a need for a venue with sleeping rooms, meeting and other event space, food, beverage, and audio-visual equipment services for attendees of the Federal Interagency Polygraph Seminar. This four and a half-day event will take place on a Monday thru Friday (half day on Friday) in 2025.

Work Details
The contractor is required to conduct a site search of available hotel venues for the anticipated event, recommend available venues, secure meeting space, audio-visual equipment/services & lodging room blocks for all attendees, and provide meeting planning and support. The venue must meet specific criteria such as being a 4 Star/4 Diamond full-service hotel within a 30-mile radius of a metropolitan airport, providing various services including room service, parking, and transportation options. The contractor is also responsible for identifying the Government’s top three choices of the properties submitted within 20 business days of receipt of the report.

The proposed dates for the event are one week between July 13 and September 30, 2025, excluding federal holidays and the week of August 24, 2025.

Period of Performance
The four and a half-day event will take place on a Monday thru Friday (half day on Friday) in 2025. Attendee travel days are authorized for Sunday and Saturday, with a limited number of Program Office Personnel traveling the Saturday before the seminar for set up.
