FCI Three Rivers-ANNUAL FIRE DETECTION AND SUPPRESION INSPECTION SERVICE   2

Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) intends to make a single award of a service type contract with firm fixed prices to a responsible contractor for the inspection of fire detection, fire suppression, and backflow at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Three Rivers, located at 1700 Hwy. 72 West, Three Rivers, TX, 78071. The contemplated award will consist of a base year plus 4 year option contract.

Work Details
The specific products to be delivered under the contract include conducting an annual fire suppression, semi-annual fire suppression-dry, annual backflow prevention, and fire detection and suppression inspection statement of work. The schedule of supplies/services includes the estimated quantity, unit, unit price, and amount for each item. The contractor is required to conduct an annual fire suppression, semi-annual fire suppression-dry, annual backflow prevention, and fire detection and suppression inspection statement of work for the base year and four option years.

Period of Performance
It is anticipated that BPA award will be made in July 17, 2024 (estimated) with an effective date of July 17, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in the FCI and FPC of the FCI Three Rivers at 1700 Highway 72 West Three Rivers, Texas, TX 78071.
