Weekly deliveries of milk. Weekly quantities may differ,
will place order each week prior to delivery.
Provide an invoice with each delivery. Either to the
warehouse staff or electronically to FCI Sheridan.
Firm Fixed Price
Your quote must include the following:
1) Specification of each item quoted
2) Delivery lead time from time of award until expected delivery to FCI
Sheridan
3) Price per unit of each item
Award will be based on a best value trade off determination in which price,
specifications, past performance and delivery schedule will be reviewed.

**Delivery Details**: Weekly deliveries are required for milk, with quantities varying each week based on orders placed prior to delivery. An invoice must be provided with each delivery either to warehouse staff or electronically to FCI Sheridan.

Period of Performance
The contract period is set for the second quarter of FY25.
