FCI Schuylkill FY25 3rd Quarter Egg Solicitation

Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, under the U.S. Department of Justice, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of eggs to be delivered to the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Schuylkill located in Minersville, Pennsylvania.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a consistent supply of eggs for the institution during the third quarter of fiscal year 2025.

Work Details
The solicitation requires the delivery of eggs according to the following schedule:
- April 2nd - 15 cases
- April 9th - 15 cases
- April 16th - 25 cases
- April 23rd - 15 cases
- April 30th - 25 cases
- May 7th - 15 cases
- May 14th - 15 cases
- May 21st - 25 cases
- May 28th - 15 cases
- June 4th - 25 cases
- June 11th - 15 cases
- June 18th - 15 cases
- June 25th - 25 cases.

Deliveries are required on Wednesdays, and if a delivery falls on a government holiday, it must be made on the previous working day. All products must meet specified requirements and no substitutions are allowed.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to FCI Schuylkill, Interstate 81 & Route 901 W, Minersville, PA 17954.
