- Must consist of chopped fresh and/or frozen beef without seasoning and adhere to strict fat content and labeling guidelines.

3. **Roast Beef, Raw** - 7000 pounds
- Should be from specified cuts (IMPS 168, 169, etc.) with a weight range of approximately 12 to 28 lb.

4. **Chicken Leg Quarters** - 16000 pounds
- Must be U.S. Grade A and meet specific packaging requirements.

5. **Chicken Patty** - 2500 pounds
- Should consist of whole muscle or chunked and formed chicken with no mechanically separated meat.
