This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for various subsistence items for delivery to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Ray Brook New York, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attached Combined Synopsis/Soliciation, for additional information.

2. **Ground Beef, 80/20** - 11000 pounds

- Should be from specified cuts (IMPS 168, 169, etc.) with a weight range of approximately 12 to 28 lb.

5. **Chicken Patty** - 2500 pounds
- Should consist of whole muscle or chunked and formed chicken with no mechanically separated meat.

7. **Hot Dogs (10-1)** - 1500 pounds
- Fully cooked and frozen turkey or chicken hot dogs with specified ratios and ingredient restrictions.

- Fresh uncooked links made from pork and turkey or chicken with specific texture and casing requirements.

Period of Performance
The terms of delivery are F.O.B. destination beginning April 1, 2025, and ending April 30, 2025.
