Background
The Department of Justice (DOJ), Bureau of Prisons, FCI Phoenix is seeking to continue providing comprehensive medical services to the inmate population. This justification outlines the need for a sole source acquisition to ensure uninterrupted healthcare services, which are critical for the well-being and operational stability of the institution.

Work Details
The agency requires comprehensive medical services that include essential medical, dental, and mental health services for Federal inmates. When medical needs arise that cannot be addressed by the institution's medical staff, referrals will be made to community-based medical providers.

The required services encompass both inpatient and outpatient facility and physician services. The procurement of these services will be conducted through purchase orders.

Period of Performance
The proposed performance period is from March 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at FCI Phoenix.
