Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for various subsistence items for delivery to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Englewood, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attached Combined Synopsis/Soliciation, for additional information.

Background
This solicitation is issued by the Federal Bureau of Prisons for the Federal Correctional Institution Englewood. The purpose of this contract is to procure various subsistence items to support the food service operations at the facility. The items specified in this solicitation are intended to meet dietary needs and standards for the inmate population, ensuring compliance with nutritional guidelines and kosher requirements where applicable.

Work Details
The contract includes a variety of food items categorized as follows:

1. **Kosher Fish Filet Meal** - 156 EA
- 14 oz meal consisting of:
- 4 oz Fish Fillet (flounder, cod, tilapia or other white fish)
- 2 oz Tomato Sauce
- 4 oz White Rice
- 4 oz Mature Lima Beans

2. **Kosher Beans and Franks Meal** - 132 EA
- 18 oz meal consisting of:
- 4 oz Beef Franks (no artificial colors)
- 8 oz Vegetarian Beans w/Tomato Sauce
- 6 oz Diced Potatoes

3. **Kosher Cheese Omelet** - 108 EA
- 7 oz meal consisting of:
- 3 oz Plain Egg Omelet
- 1 oz Cheese
- 3 oz Potatoes

4. **Kosher Chicken Wing Meal** - 132 EA
- 16 oz meal consisting of:
- 5 oz Bone-in Chicken Wings
- 2 oz BBQ Sauce
- 5 oz Mashed Potato
- 4 oz Mixed Vegetables

5. **Ground Beef** - 12,000 EA (80% Lean, IMPS 136)
- Must be fresh or frozen, with specific labeling requirements.

6. **Kosher Hawaiian Meatball Meal** - 132 EA (15 oz)

7. **Pasta Products** (Elbow, Spaghetti, Egg Noodles) ranging from quantities of 500 LB to 2,500 LB.

8. **Condiments and Ingredients** including Mustard (25 CS), Vinegar (50 CS), Sugar (2,500 LB), and others.

9. **Frozen Chicken Products** including B/S Chicken Breast (5,000 EA) and Chicken Leg Quarters (11,000 LB).

10. **Vegetable Products** including Kosher Vegetable Juice (576 EA) and Kosher Margarine (120,000 EA).


Period of Performance
The period of performance for delivery is from April 1, 2025, through April 18, 2025.

Place of Performance
All products will be delivered to the Federal Bureau of Prisons at FCI Englewood located at 9595 W. Quincy Ave., Littleton, CO 80123.
