Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Field Acquisitions Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to award a contract for the FY 2025 and FY 2026 for bread products for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Terre Haute Food Service Department located at 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802. The Contractor will provide weekly supply and delivery of the bread products as requested by FCC Terre Haute. This will be a requirements-based contract.

Work Details
1. Bread, Roll, Enriched, Finger (Hot Dog), Wheat, Pan Baked Sliced, Fresh, Seedless. (CID A-A-20053B, Type I, Class of Roll D, Style of Roll 3, Bake Type a, Slice Type I, Product State a, Seed type I). Fresh Bread shall be delivered within 48 hours after baking. Package size 12 count. BASE YEAR: Estimated Yearly Usage FY 25 is 15,000, 12-count packages. OPTION YEAR ONE: Estimated Yearly Usage FY 26 is 15,000, 12-count packages.
2. Bread, Roll, Enriched, Sandwich (Hamburger), Whole Wheat, Part Whole Wheat or Multigrain, Pan Baked Sliced Fresh Seedless. (CID A-A-20053B, Type I, Class of Roll C, Style of Roll 2, 3 or 4 Bake Type a Slice Type I Product State a Seed type I). Fresh bread shall be delivered within 48 hours after baking. Package size on a 12-count pack. BASE YEAR: Estimated Yearly Usage FY 25 is 50,000, 12-count packages. OPTION YEAR ONE: Estimated Yearly Usage FY 26 is 50,000, 12-count packages.
3. Bread Whole Wheat or Wheat Unseasoned Fresh Any Loaf Size Pan Baked Sandwich Sliced Enriched Seedless. (CID A-A-20052B Type I Style B Type II or Type III Style B Product State Loaf Size Bake Type Shape Slice Type Enrichment Type Seed Type). Fresh bread shall be delivered within 48 hours after baking. Loaf Size -24 ounce. BASE YEAR: Estimated Yearly Usage FY25 is100000 loaves. OPTION YEAR ONE: Estimated Yearly Usage FY26 is100000 loaves.
4. Bread Hoagie -5” Whole Wheat Fresh Enriched Each Package size -8-count case. BASE YEAR: Estimated Yearly Usage FY25 is30000 -8-count packages. OPTION YEAR ONE: Estimated Yearly Usage FY26 is30000 -8-count packages.
