Solicitation and Buy Attachments

For this solicitation, DOJ BOP Field Offices - FCC COLEMAN intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison Marketplace. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. DOJ BOP Field Offices - FCC COLEMAN is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com.Sellers that are not currently registered to use https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com should proceed to https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com to complete their free registration. Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of various emergency supplies, including:

1. Box Meals: Must contain 4 pk wheat bread, 2 oz lunch meat (non-pork), 4.5 gm mustard, 9 gm mayo, 2 oz peanut butter, 20 gm jelly, 1 sweet snack or fruit equivalent, and 1 oz salty snack. Quantity: 17,920 EA.

2. Lunch Meat: IW-2 oz portions of turkey, turkey bologna, turkey salami and/or turkey ham. Quantity: 60,000 EA.

3. Kosher Tuna: Chunk Light in Water, individual packages (4 - 6 ounces each). Quantity: 3,000 EA.

4. Cheese: Sliced real cheese (not imitation), must comply with CFR specifications. Quantity: 5,000 LB.

5. Hummus: Prepared from cooked mashed chickpeas; individual servings (3 oz or 4 oz). Quantity: 2,000 EA.

6. Kosher Cereal: Any type and style; individual packages (1 oz to 2 oz). Quantity: 120,000 EA.

7. Kosher Peanut Butter: Regular stabilized non-fortified individual packets (2 oz). Quantity: 120,000 EA.

8. Kosher Dressing: Mayonnaise in individual packets (9 grams). Quantity: 100,000 EA.

9. Kosher Mustard: Prepared yellow mustard in individual packets (4.5 grams - 9 grams). Quantity: 100,000 EA.

10. Kosher Coffee: Instant coffee in individual serving packets. Quantity: 100,000 EA.

11. Toaster Pastries: Assorted flavors; must have at least a four-month shelf life. Quantity: 50,000 EA.

12. Bottled Drinking Water: Must disclose shelf life dating; quantity required is for new production only (16.9 FL OZ). Quantity: 36,280 BTL.

13. Kosher Jelly: Fruit jelly in standardized varieties; individual portions (10 grams). Quantity: 240,000 EA.

14. Crackers: Cheddar cheese sandwich crackers (6 per pack). Quantity: 48,000 EA.

15. Dessert Sandwich Cookies: Individually wrapped packs (6 count). Quantity: 100,000 EA.

16. Lockdown Pre-made Sandwiches with specified weight on bid; quantity required is for sandwiches consisting of non-pork meat and/or cheese. Quantity: 60,000 EA.

17. Applesauce or Fruit Cups; must be shelf stable for at least 18 months; quantity required is for minimum of four-ounce servings in cups or pouches. Quantity: 90,000 EA.

18. Instant Milk or Smart Milk; each packet makes one eight-ounce serving when reconstituted; specify what you are bidding on this item. Quantity: 90,000 EA.

19. Paper Bags #8; total count required is for bundles of paper bags (500 count each). Total requirement is for 100,000 bags; quantity required is for bundles totaling this amount. Quantity: 400 BL.

20. Plastic Sandwich Bags; total requirement is for bundles of sandwich bags (2000/cs); specify case count on bid totaling to a requirement of approximately 200,000 bags with dimensions specified as needed.

Period of Performance
Delivery expected during the first month of the quarter in fiscal year 2025.
